A blend of Merlot (60%) with indigenous, Bulgarian variety Mavrud (40%). Dark fruits with a hint of spice, the Mavrud elevates the Merlot, adding some tannins and structure, so that this wines sits as comfortably alongside a hearty roast dinner, as it does on its own, with no food at all! A go to red for any occasion.
