A complex blend of Syrah Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

Chateau Ksara is the oldest (dating back to the Jesuits of 1857) and yet the most modern winery in the region.  The Bekaa Valley's unique dry climatic conditions means that the grapes are grown almost organically, as herbicides are not required at all, as diseases seldom strike the vines.
