Methode Traditionelle is made in the same complex manner as Champagne (The bubbles ferment naturally in the bottle, not in the vat).  By law, Champagne can only come from the small Champagne region. This wine, however, is produced in the Loire Valley, only 200 km to the west of Champagne, both regions sharing a very similar micro-climate.  Quality wine it is. Champagne in everything but name and, of course price.
